10. Upload

It is a comedy-drama television series. The story is about humans who can “upload” themselves into a virtual afterlife of their choice in 2033. When computer programmer Nathan dies unexpectedly, he is transferred to the opulent Lake View, but he quickly finds himself under the control of his possessive, still-living fiancée Ingrid. As Nathan adjusts to the benefits and drawbacks of digital heaven, he forms a bond with Nora, his living customer service representative. Nora struggles with the demands of her career, her ailing father, who refuses to be uploaded, and her growing affections for Nathan, all while gradually coming to suspect that Nathan was murdered.

9. Counterpart

Counterpart is a science fiction thriller television series aired in the United States. The story is about Howard Silk, a polite, quiet office worker, has spent thirty years working for the Office of Interchange (OI), a United Nations agency situated in Berlin. His position is too low for him to be told what his job entails, which appears to be exchanging illogical messages. The OI is in charge of a checkpoint between parallel Earths beneath its headquarters (the “Alpha” and “Prime” worlds). The parallel Earths were produced in 1987 during an East German experiment in which only a scientist named Yanek was present. Yanek from the “Alpha world” met his counterpart from the “Prime world,” and they quickly began exploring how the originally identical Earth diverge.

8. Altered Carbon

Altered Carbon is a cyberpunk television series that is set over 360 years in the future, with the majority of the first season’s episodes taking place in the year 2384 in a futuristic city called Bay City. In the future, a person’s memories and awareness (referred to as digital human freight, or DHF) will be recorded onto a disk-shaped device known as a cortical stack, which will be implanted in the vertebrae at the back of the neck. These storage devices are of alien design and have been reverse-engineered and mass-produced, however, they can only be constructed from Harlan’s World material.

7. Sense8

Sense8 is an American science fiction drama television series that airs on Netflix. The plot of Sense8 begins when a lady named Angelica “births” the psychic link of eight strangers from various walks of life from different regions of the world, who then dies herself to avoid capture by a guy named “Whispers.” The eight realize they are now part of a group of “sensates”: human beings who are psychologically and emotionally linked can sense and interact with one another, and can share their knowledge, language, and abilities.

6. The 100

The 100 is an American post-apocalyptic science fiction drama television series. The story is about a space station named the Ark orbiting Earth, 97 years after a catastrophic nuclear disaster wipes out practically all life on Earth. Three generations have been born in space, but when the Ark’s life-support systems fail, one hundred juvenile detainees are taken to Earth in a last-ditch attempt to ascertain whether it is habitable or to conserve resources for the Ark’s remaining people.

It is an American science fiction television series. The story is about Humanity, which has inhabited the Solar System for hundreds of years in the future. The United Nations of Earth and Luna, the Martian Congressional Republic on Mars, and the Outer Planets Alliance (OPA), a loose confederation comprising the asteroid belt and Jupiter and Saturn’s moons, are the three major powers.
